We offer a personal and insightful service to our business-to-business trade partners. We work with sole traders, small businesses and well-known retailers. We provide a bespoke offering to help businesses grow their revenue in the healthcare sector.

We allocate our resellers with a dedicated account manager and access to self-service marketing support, including high resolution imagery and product literature, to help them promote our extensive product ranges.

What we do

Each of our divisions aligns its products and services to its customers' specific needs. Be it providing logistics solutions for healthcare and medical device companies, private label supplies, or the sourcing or procurement of pharmaceuticals for export markets – we have the right solutions for you. The Groups History and Acquisitions Timeline

To stay at the forefront of medical products and services, as well meeting changing market demands, we continually grow our ranges through development, diversification and acquisitions that complement our existing products.

First Aid Warehouse (FAW) established

2005

First Aid Holdings (FAH) is established to acquire Crest Medical and First Aid Warehouse.

2008

Crest Logistics established as a joint venture providing third party logistics and services to healthcare companies.

2010

Crest Logistics secured a one year rolling contract to supply Semperit Gloves to the NHS, which is still in place today.

2011

Group adopts a Buy and Build strategy.

2012

Moved to a 103,000 square foot warehouse in Warrington, underpinning one of the core drivers for growth.

2013

Launched Retail Division, Pharmacy Division and NHS Division.

2014

Consolidated share holding in Crest Logistics from 51% to 100%.

2015

Acquired McKinnon Medical, a specialist provider of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the healthcare market.

2016

Acquired Scopeguard™ as a pre-clinical development concept. Wallace Cameron, under its new ownership, is awarded the Royal Warrant by the Prince of Wales.

2017

FAH renamed Crest Medical Holdings (CMH).

2018

Invested in new mould development and established new production partners in China.

2019

COVID-19 Response

Crest Medical, working with the NHS, provided in excess of 65 million pieces of PPE, contracting over 57 dedicated supply flights to ensure supply.
Acquired Braidlock®.

2020

Crest Innovations established to develop and commercialise niche medical devices.

2021

Crest Medical establishes a further 20,000 square foot of warehousing space in Warrington. Crest Medical wins 48th place in the Sunday Times fastest growing private companies.

2022

Acquired the assets of Macdonald & Taylor. Now known as Crest Healthcare.

Also in 2023, we acquired Irripod® and Stericlens® to expand our wound care range.

2023

Wallace Cameron granted Royal Warrant to HM The King Charles III for the Manufacture and Supply of First Aid Dressings.

2024

We are committed to creating a sustainable future for all. Through innovation and investment, we lead our industry in developing greener products and services, as well as raising social values locally, nationally and globally. This allows us to go above and beyond the demanding sustainability requirements of organisations such as, the NHS Supply Chain and some of the world’s largest retailers.

Currently, our UK operations are carbon neutral and our ambitious goal is to be net zero by 2025. In order to deliver this objective, we are developing our existing range of first aid kits, considering the packaging and contents to be sustainable, utilising recycled materials, which will in turn help you achieve your sustainability objectives and reduce your carbon footprint.

Sustainability is not only a domestic project but a global one, as we collaborate with our international partners to commit to a brighter future.
