Get Involved

We understand the importance of employee engagement and we have several ways our employees can get more involved in shaping what we do. We have committees, where representatives from across our teams join to discuss and implement change. Our Community Committee facilitates fundraising and support for local/national charities and our Employee Forum is a soundboard for ideas and employees’ requests on how to improve the overall employee experience.

Training and Development

We offer internal and external training and work to offer opportunities to move into new or different roles where possible. We encourage the learning of new skills across the business and regularly review our training programmes.

Measuring Staff Satisfaction

We run an annual, anonymous, Employee Engagement Survey. This independent survey lets us measure our success against key drivers of employee satisfaction and gives us insight into where we can do better. Our most recent survey showed 92% of employees feel they work in a safe environment and 98% of employees are happy with their relationship with their manager.
